Dark Chocolate:

Fourthly, This is another from of dark chocolate. Emulsifier and Vanilla are the important ingredients. This only has 50% sugar.
Bittersweet Chocolate:
Fifthly, Cocoa is around 70%. The taste is bitter and the sweetness is rarely tasted and is slightly dry and it is crumble in texture.
Unsweetened Chocolate:
Sixthly, Unsweetened chocolate is also called baking, plain or bitter chocolate. This is chocolate in its rawest form and refines the chocolate liquor, also contains 50-55% cocoa butter.
