Stuffed sweet potatoes:  

This can be the perfect base. All you need to do is to roast a whole sweet potato and then stuff it with ingredients like veggies, chicken, and cheese. The best thing is that it can include a variety of flavor combinations.

Bowl of grains: 

Grains – the important source of fiber. The major nutrient that it provides is magnesium. It eliminates cancer, heart disease and diabetes. Cook well the raw grains and then to it, add your favorite protein sources. It could be chicken, fried or hard-boiled eggs, toasted pumpkin seeds, or yogurt sauce.  

Veggie loads:  

For this, frittata is the best choice. Think of including asparagus, spinach, sweet potatoes, zucchini, onions, broccoli florets, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cheese, herbs, spices, or pesto can give your frittata an extra flavor.

Salads:  

Most of us avoid salads, because they are not well composed and so we end up feeling hungry again. Also, add a little more veggie, like peppers, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, or red onions, to your greens boost up the fiber content. 

Then choose a protein source like grilled chicken, shrimp, salmon, or hard-boiled eggs.

Brown Rice pasta:  

First, choose your pasta. If you’re a person who wants to follow a low-carb diet, then going with chicken breast, ground chicken can be the best options. Also, choose plant-based sources along with chickpeas
