Pindi Channe: 

One can warp the boiled chickpeas along with masalas and this dish is perfection. Serve with Kulche or rice.

Gur Ki Roti: 

Jaggery enjoys a great importance in Punjab cuisine. especially during the winter festivals. One can use the Indian breads along with Gur for the taste.

Murmura Ladoo: 

These ladoos can satisfy the evening hungers. Munching these crisp ladoos are a perfect festive treat.

Til Ki Barfi:

Dry fruit chikki:

Til ki chikki: 

This is very similar to the Til Ki Barfi recipe. This also uses the sesame seeds as the main ingredient.

Gur Ka Halwa: 

A handful of healthy ingredients with ghee, semolina and jaggery.

Chiraunji Makana Gheer: 

A dish along with many doses of fruits and milk, and this dish is a sensational dessert. The festival of Lohri is incomplete without this dish.
