Fats – good or bad?
In general fat means, an ester of fatty acids or a mixture of such components that occur in living beings via the food they consume. This article discusses the concept and entire abstraction of fats.
Fats can be:
- Firstly, saturated
- Secondly, unsaturated
Saturated means that the fat contains a high amount and a high proportion of fatty acid molecules.
Unsaturated fat is when the fatty acid has hydrocarbon molecules, and this is considered to be healthier when coming to diets.
All of these describe the entire abstraction of fats.

- Pecans

- Sesame seeds
Benefits of fats:
- Firstly, fat is a source that the body cannot make itself.
- Secondly, fats help the body absorb Vitamin A, Vitamin D, vitamin E
- Thirdly, greatly helpful in maintaining the healthy cholesterol.
- Fourthly, fats support cell growth.
- Lastly, fats help in organ protection.
Disadvantages of fats:
- Guarantees health issues
- Blocks blood vessels
- High risk of heart disease and stroke
- Adds extra calories to your diet.
